This is from another poster and I believe this to be true. Hold strong longs.

"Okay people, this is really starting to get out of hand. We have way too many "chicken littles" around here. The negativity is feeding negativity, causing investors to sell which continues to drive the price down! We are our own worst enemies.

There are negotiations underway with potential suitors....one who has presented a counter-offer >$.10 per share and another suitor with a prospective offer pending! Why would Jared release any other information that could jeopardize the amount of the prospective offer? He flat out said that he wouldn't show his cards until the end! Have we forgotten all of this? Have we forgotten the reason why we invested in EESO in the beginning?
Have we forgotten that WOWGREEN continues to grow exponentially?
Have we forgotten that Allie and Zimmerman have put their trust in EESO and Jared?
Have we forgotten that we have a $12M contract for water treatment?
Have we forgotten that we have set the stage for other big contracts in South Korea and South America?
Have we forgotten that the Lee / Han Bool / ??? congomerate wants to purchase EESO for >$.10 per share?

If I need to remind you of these things from time to time, then I will gladly do so. Don't fall into the basher's trap. They are buying your shares that you are dumping, because you are scared. They will tell you that they aren't, but they are. They will unleash a verbal assult on EESO and Jared until the price hits an entry point. When the price starts to go back up and you decide to get back in, they are selling. They make their money at YOUR EXPENSE.
