This one is almost too easy.
There is a variable in the Toplist code []. If the percentage change in a stock price is greater than the filter percentage, we assume that something odd has happened like a stock split, and remove it from the list.
This value defaults to 399% in the constructor for the Toplist class, but it is configurable via the config file.
For the penny type stocks, obviously an change in price of a few cents can mean a several hundred percentage change. We just need to set the filter value accordingly.
I don't know enough about the market to know what to do. Do NO/NB stocks have splits? If they don't then we could just disable this feature. I bet they do though - in which case we just need to come up with a better value for the filter percentage. Suggestions?
