Stonepoint Announces Debenture Restructuring and Settlement
StonePoint Global Brands Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange – SPG) is pleased to announce it has entered into debenture settlement and pooling agreements (the “Settlement Agreements”) with certain of its debenture holders representing more than 82% of the $3,070,500 principal amount of outstanding debentures.
