Thanks Make, I appreciate this info which I also dug up. He has been very transparent so far, I really think his intentions for this deal are much different than his last couple, because
a. he has more at stake, and
b. he has control this time and its a much cleaner situation.

The cleanliness of a shell dictates what you can and cannot do..................
