Green Grine, it has been a long time since I worked through the poison pill math, but I recall that the formula involved blossoming out the number of shares that needed to be purchased by the hostile party by giving existing share holders the option to exercise certain rights. The $11 basis was a foundation for the formula that would be added to the formula that draws on the current pps. For example, if the pps was $4 at the time of the hostile offering, the PP would effectively involve a higher share price. I don't expect the PP to be triggered, in part, because there were a few posters over the years that were (unsuccessfully) encouraging share holders to act to remove or relax poison pill provisions. On days like today, I am especially glad that the PP is in place.

I also recall you had posted about your experience working on the Avid expansion a few years back. Do you have any sense as to where PPHM and Avid production capacity are at?
