Thank you for finding the post and site. This isn't good, is it? Looks like DigiFusion got a design together for BSkyB about the same time as TiVo got their product together to present to BSkyB. Maybe when Fusion let EDIG know that their product wasn't chosed, EDIG created the Kino Player based on the exact same design. This doesn't mean we're out, but it means we're still trying to sell our design to someone big. Damn! And MSFT chose Thomson recently for it's Janus player.
