At this point, they are very close to just existing as a "shell" of a company, except for the debt they have.
In my opinion, I think they would be estatic to have some viable private company reverse merge into them and change the name like they did to Longbow in 2004. Besides the debt, the pending litagation that involves their company name might be a hinderance to that. The new company would have to carry to phrase, "formally known as Asia Global" on all their reports just as AAGH has carried "Longbow Mining" even though they never conducted any mining. I don't know if a company would want to inherit the bad reputation or not. Of course, it's all alledged right now.
