I did just that. The name of the newsletter is Wall Street News (not sure about the News) part. I bought 1,500 LIQX @ 2.37 on 11/9/01 and sold it several weeks later netting 524.98. In the newsletter, UVCL was announced with a potential of going to $13.00 by June of this year. I bought 2,400 UVCL @ 1.15 on 12/10/02 and sold it a couple of week later netting 315 (it trades for .15 now). But I lost $476.92 on FINX from Wall Street News newsletter. I received another today but have pretty much decided against buying from it again.
