you have to consider the position of those buying the offering and you have to give them something to look forward to, they wouldn't want to buy at what looked like the top



Thats true but raising money at this point indicates that they probably are planning to go it alone WRT MDV3100. With 200 million in cash on hand and pfizer responsible for the majority of the development cost of dimebon, raising 60 million now seems an interesting move.
