Sure, if the company maintained a reasonable capital structure (common stock as far as we are concerned) consisting of preferably less than a billion shares (for a pinksheet co.) issued and outstanding, while at the same time generating material, verifiable revenues – the pps would, for a variety of reasons, rise accordingly; probably attracting institutional investors (deep pockets) in the process.
