They actually never truly had exclusivity and that is why they sued Technimed. If they "retained their right to sell" as stated, then they might have retained their original exclusive right that they were supposed to have to begin with.

And I agree...they do need to start divulging information. I truly believe that they will and I'm right where I want to be when it happens.
