We assume that the new wnbd IR Guy,,,
is making wnbd start 'Filing' the 504's ,
for the First Time Ever , since wnbd started pinking ,
with their ~empty shell , 3+ years ago.
[He Must. Since HE Has U.S.-Based Assets ; That Can
be seized Overnight. UNlike the NON-U.S. wnbd 'execs'.]

After All ; He has 'integrity' , and a few other sometimes
paying customers.

Looks like it's Not working too well. And, the new IR Guy
is Not working-out too good either. In fact, he has not
even done Any 'work' in Over 1 Week.

How hard can it be to 'release' a 'PR' , unless the
wnbd CEO can't pay cash-in-advance for the up-front cost?

Probably [IOO] , the new IR-guy is 'on hold' , until he
unloads his previous load of 504's. That's what we would do,
if we were he. We figure [IOO] that he can't even dump his
last load of 504's ; so, why bother to re-work on any new
stuff , until his last work-load is fully paid-off.
