When I put something in italics it means I am copying that directly from the link I also include. An important point here is it took a year from "topping off" to "clean room ready", and then "silicon start" so clearly there are some tasks between the two
I think many here are very optimistic about how quickly this thing will go. I saw the same thing with posts regarding the UMC and AMD joint factory that is now, ummm, a UMC factory.
