Those pages are a good read. Looks like the warrant holders will get paid even though the options will be out of the money. My over-all reaction is that the execs/board and Palo Alto are taking the easy way out. I wonder who company B was? My other take is that there is still the option of an unsolicited bid popping up from either company B or another. I wished they disclosed what the licensing offers were.
