looks like everyone split on ACBT. Ghost town... Understandable but I thought I'd dust this name off.

Did some DD on it. noticed the biggest holder (~42% per 2/27/2009 13D) added an additional 10% 3Q08. Not a bad indicator, very bullish given that they are not flippers (read on). This holder (Tri-State Employment a privately held company) currently has contractual arrangements with ACBT. So clearly, Tri-State has a genuine interest in the company.

It should be noted too (based on the '08 10-K and ), that there are a couple of Directors of ACBT that serve as officers/mgt of Tri-State and also big shareholders.

Tri-State has been active in the company. during 3Q'08 they entered into a stock purchase agreement with ACBT.

stock is now ~$0.18, up 0.015 on the day. Volume has been healthy the last few months. check the chart, quite a trend the past 6 months.

I think this is an interesting situation. I do have a position in it so keep that in mind (just want to provide full disclosure on my part). This post is purely informational and does not constitute itself as a recommendation of any sorts. Just getting my thoughts out in the open.

I would welcome any comments, positive or negative. A variety of perspectives will benefit everyone.

I like the fact that Tri-State and some of its executive management team are in 'deep' with ACBT. Both companies benefit from the other. Also, all filings are current (it's nice to see timely 10-Ks and Qs. Although only $0.18, it's more interesting than a sub-penny name.
