Bottom line for me is WHO is the company? Is it a Foreign Company? Mark told me in an email that if so then would be traded on a U.S. Exchange at least. Who knows how liquid the new stock is? Might not be easy to sell it. Who is to say that the NEW STOCK won't go down from the share swap PPS??
