Who owns the 65% of Wind River?

If I understand clearly in this maze . Spooz own 50% of 141 capital
which also own 35% of the new Wind River
so Spooz own now 17.5 % of Wind River
so if and when revenues are coming ! SPZI should start emerge from the triple 0
