The company is in bankruptcy proceedings.

We are hoping that a proposal to will be accepted by the bankruptcy court to allow the shareholders to replace current management and get the company back on track.

We are looking for a few million dollars to fund the recovery. Let lmf1264 if you know anyone or group that can contribute towards that.
