By that I mean they (the BOD) don't control much of the stock. They have shares, but not a majority interest. They (in this case they means Dr. Swift and Steve Berg, Dr. Pandey has been a board member with little voice for nearly two years now, but he's still hanging on as a board member) control everything about the company. We hope to change that someday soon...
