just wondering here but is it possible Genta had won their appeal against the FDA because the FDA had rejected Genta`s previous attempt at gaining FDA approval for Genasense ?....Genta does have an appeal and they were supposed to hear back by mid june from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research
