Hi Rob,

I agree that our capital structure is very, very complicated. It is temping for me to try to make something this complicated simpler.Unfortunately, if I were to attempt to do that I would only make thingsworse by leaving out important details. We have gone to great lengths to provide full disclosure, but unfortunately full disclosure must include all the complexity of those issues.

In addition, for us to add further interpretation "one investor at a time" would not be fair to all investors. The best advice I can offer is to re-read the footnotes to our financial statements and if you are still confused you could consider discussing this with a qualified accounting professional.
