Nice post chop. Yeah no expiration date on the offer..complete b.S. I work in corporate actions I have never seen a merger or tender without an expiration date. Let me guess the Lees and the Korean conglomerate are just going to sit there twiddling their thumbs?

As I said many days ago the whole buyout thing was a bunch of b.s. to try to drive the pps up (PGYC) and it failed and now Jared is in a tailspin. It is really sad to see all this denial on this board. At least I have enough guts to admit I got hosed. The only difference between this and the other pinks is this scam was a lot more elaborate and cunning.
