A/S, O/S really THAT BIG A DEAL?

A lot of discussions about this A/S, O/S, gagged and not gagged. I mean it's giving me a headache... anyone else?

Are these number really THAT big a deal? I don't know, so I'm asking. Someone have a voice of reason regarding this?
