The Decision: "The reverse stock split will reduce the number of shares GTC's common stock outstanding from about 104,391,892 to about 10,439,189. There will continue to be 210,000,000 authorized shares of common stock."

The Result: As of tomorrow, the Cox and Dong Show will have 199,560,811 new ways to screw their shareholders.
