People take their profits when they believe the profits are suddenly threatened, for example when they hear/see something like the CEO being relieved of duty by the board, which creates fear of wrongdoing on somebody's part (in this era of B.Madoff, etc.).

I own some, but not enough to keep my durn mouth shut.

That was a good article that supported the CEO, but as a rule of thumb ... the "successful" CEO's suddenly leaving is never good. ... and I doubt this is the emaculate exception.
