last minute speculation of no BK ... no sound fundamental reason to buy this stock now ...

I think Omamb wants GM in BK court .. there is no guarantee even if the bond holders agree .. he still must approve the (viable) business plan submitted by GM before June 1st

.. and I don't think he will
