I have a few speculative guess.


Well most preferred stocks are set at $25 in many major companys. Maybe some type of conversion in negotiations.

Accumulation

Or attempting to keep K's & P's on par to some extent.


all speculation but for the past few weeks we always keep ending at 25 some home.

Just speculation has no backing and I don't even believe it :P
