I think your right. The lawyer that is listed on ZIPG filings owns or handles shells including this one. Perhaps ZIPG has some assets that MDGC may be interesting so they are killing 2 birds with one stone. ZIPG had some voip business in the past, and I noticed that they had some kind of "involvement" with China.
