The secret to success in these times is still a secret. That is why I am so sure I am not a genius. I keep looking for clues in the housing market but all I have are intelligent guesses. I think we are in the third wave and the most deadly wave of foreclosures. I am putting in my bids about 20 percent lower than the asking price of properties now.
