i was thinking about midway today, the company is still operational, games are being made even though they are shitty games titles, here we have warner who wants to buy 33m worth of assets from the company. then in september the title 'this is vegas' comes out

there could be a possibility this comes out of bankruptcy only if the success of the title this is vegas exceeds 1m copies sold
