"We think that wnbd DOES USE TOXIC CD's ,,,
and Always has , for at least 3+ years.

The wnbd CEO EVEN JUST STARTED ADMITTING THAT HE IS
CURRENTLY USING SUPER-TOXIC "504's""

Nope, like most of your info, its WRONG and supported with NO FACTS... 504's are the financing vehicle here and we have filings and the CEOs word as PROOF... Im also capable of doing the MATH

Learning session for noobs: The word "toxic" when used with equity financing is when a large bond/debenture is sold and has "floorless" conversion. This allows the bond holder to sell/short the stock lower and lower and increase his shares due to it being floorless.

504's are sold as a tranche (discounted to market) to the financier and are not held as a bond. Sorta like a private placement, but with no 144 restrictions on when they can start selling.

From what i understand, 504's are much cleaner than convertible bonds/debenture (CD's), cause when the deal is signed you NKOW how many shares are being issued. Whereas the amount of shares needed for a toxic floorless CD are unknown at the time of financing....

PS: I wont expect you to stop making your wild unsupported claims. Obviously "some" like to post the worst case scenarios, even tho theres not a shred of proof that it exists with WNBD.
