doc, in my eyes, this thing gets done first go around.

doubtful we will see appeals, and such. if we do, for whatever reason... and that may very well be that jpm just wants to play hardball.....

may as well just take wamu of any class out of your favorites on ihub, and forget about them. if the appeals are involved, it will suddenly turn from maybe this weekend, next weekend, fourth of july, etc, to years from now.

and then as we all know too well, the lawyers will be the only successful parties here. god help us then.
