let me tell you guys something.
and i say this with all due respect. and i dont mean the kind of respect which another poster earlier said i was "due".
everybody puking about how safe preferreds are.. this that.. yadda yadda... ad nauseum.....
realize this... the day preferreds get made whole, the commons will be just as safe, and as proportionately as heavily paid upon.
FACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW D.D. THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
with the magnitude of this case, and the light shed upon it, no judge in their right mind will dare disparage the masses, i.e., common shareholders and not have them paid to the max. degree possible.
remember this... the number to make preferred classes whole, and pay necessary liabilities is way less than wamu will receive in a settlement/buyout/whichever.
FACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO DD IT.
