I don't think this applies to any debtor holders, capital trust holder, or perferred holders...

the SIPC claims has to do customers of lehman, no different than your brokerage acount at scottrade or etrade...as for holder for the capital trust, this has to do the chapter 11 case filed at the bk court, and this is for LBHI...I could be wrong, but this is based on what I was able to find....
