I am confused...the link you provided seems to be filing claims against securities/accounts you had with lehman as a customer(hence SIPC/SIPA)...as for capital trust, I thought any claims we have against lehman would needs to be filed with the bankrupcy court...and the deadline would been set by the BK court too...no?
