I am not a mining authority and the information I related was told to me by a person that owns a Gold mine. The back and forth between the gov and provider is to see that it conforms to the required documentation. The SEC does get a copy via the material event requirement and that can happen at the same time its released to the public.
I have been told by IR, Merle Goertz, that it can take months and not to expect it over night.
I don't know how far along they are and Merle either doesn't know or won't say. I doubt you will see this report very soon.
