ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2002--Gatlin Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:GTNH) has changed its name to Bio Venture Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:BOVH) and split its stock 1 for 30 as of the open of business June 11th, 2002.

The name change and split positions the company to focus its acquisition strategy in both the high technology and real estate markets.
