At the risk of opening a "can-of-worms", which I was actually cautioned against doing, it's because the moniker speaks for itself.That person possibly operated outside of authorized channels.

Sorry, if the timing of this information shows a lack of sensitivity to the delicate nature of this company's status.
I just can't help myself. I have a lot of issues with many of the names of mentioned because of their questionable activities.
