I live in Texas. Specifically Austin, Texas. The grocery store that you want to be in here is H.E.B., this store is caters to every level of income. For the lower income areas it is the store to go to. Upper income has a version of H.E.B. called Central Market. You get your foot in the door of H.E.B. and you will own Central and South Texas.

Another store of interest would be Fiesta. While I only know of one location, it is almost 100% hispanic. Potencia belongs there.
