Well, let's try this: You're Genaissance CEO, and everytime you turn around you see that DNAP is ahead of you.

So what do you say that would satisfy your shareholders as well as get a little dig in at DNAP.

We're changing our focus because we have determined it would not be profitable to pursue the business plan we've previously set out.
