iFinix Corp (Pink Sheets: INIX), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, today announced it has filed its updated 15c211 and Form 211.

The company announced that BMA Securities Inc., a full service brokerage firm and member with FINRA, has submitted the Form 211 application on the behalf of iFinix Corp., so the company's shares can be traded as a piggy-back qualified company on the Pink Sheets and is currently awaiting response from FINRA.
