After all these facts about the pump and dump scam, I wonder what the legal position would be to go after AAGH and/or these guys to get some losses back. Does anyone have an idea if that would even be feasible? Or is it just "tough shit" nothing you can do about and move on... For me it was 10K$ it I started to get over it telling myself bad economy, oh well didn't go well for these guys etc... BUT after these news now I am really pissed of again!
