I always think of the negatives after I buy.

If the 2 brokerage firms were guaranteed at least a 10% share of the 2.5 shares no matter if the modified Dutch Auction was sold out,they would be selling short right now against the 2.50 shares they will get.

This pressure will continue until they run out of those guaranteed shares.
