go, thanks for that site that answers some questions about the NI 43-101.

From the SRSR press releases I see that Alan Hawke is the "qualified person" for Sarissa. Two questions:

1)My understanding was that the qualified person needed to be independant. The PR's note that Alan is a director of Sarissa so how can can he be independant?

2) Does anyone know about Alan Hawke and his credentials? Are we in good hands?
