If you read the complaint, while there are some pretty serious allegations, I found nothing about iHub or its admins being less than fair. It is personal conduct of named individuals, including sham sales of stock and the issuance of untrue and fraudulent press releases. I read nothing about iHub being involved - the allegations were against one of their key employees, and others not connected to iHub at all.

If you own a candy store and your day manager sells bootleg candy, I am not sure the store is liable. And then, can they prove what they accuse? IMHO the feds usually get their man, but quite often only after monstrous threats followed by a consent decree or a plea.

Nothing to see here - just move along. If there is one thing the feds have in unlimited supply, it is time. This will not be resolved very soon, and services here on iHub do not seem to be threatened with imminent interruption.
