It's simple. You form an alliance for profit with a Canadian Hedge interest so you can clear orders ex DTCC. The Brits are famous for having these alliances because THEY are the Canadian Hedge interest. Then you load the board with negative sentiment, especially from those who have no vested interest or position in the company, and then censor as much positive opinion as possible. Then on top of that, you mirror, match, or wash trades, especially on days of good news to continue to drive the price lower.
