Just put on radar



.....It could be nothing more than pump or it could be something developing.....if you google (new ways to bet on green Royal Dutch).....it gives the TTRIF and Royal Dutch apparent involvement.....supposedly it was a Forbes article according to the message/letter.....as I said in previous message TTRIF should only be for those who like the wild rides!
