Watch the number of shares outstanding!!!!
"Full reporting"? NOT! I was severely manipulated by these past press releases only to find out they did not update their website, except for a picture of their dry algae pools they lease and do not even own. They updated their "unaudited" financials many months later and likely are overstating assets through goodwill and technological "assets" that are very suspect in my opinion. I do not trust the congruency of their words and actions...past press release were exaggerated and possibly even fraudulent as nothing material developed further from them.

The Independence Bowl fiasco left them a giant liability by a judge of $1.25 million that they lost on and I have heard nothing about it since, incl. no material disclosures by PetroSun. How they can avoid paying this legal liability, I do not know. They precious little cash and I think they raise cash by selling (printing) shares like many penny and sub-penny stocks do secretively (covertly).

If you don't know what you are doing, you may want to avoid these shares...they are not for a beginning speculator...does anyone know an accurate number of shares outstanding?
