AMD still seems to be saying fab36 will come up under 65nm rules, but I doubt that also. They may call it 65nm, but I bet it is really a lot closer to 90nm

I doubt this also, in addition to the 90mm startup. Just because AMD has 90nm does not mean they have 90nm on 300mm. Also you would develop 65nm as a packaged process to transfer from IBM. What may be a possiblity is they are at 65nm node but don't use boutique much or as agressive until their teething issues are solved. For example resist reduction uniformity for poly.
