Trops, you said most "of the biz owners operating kiosks and food court businesses are
Foreigners." Only business owners my question asked about. Business owners of small
businesses in the malls, in and about hotels, of convenience stores and of many new franchises.

How these business owners became citizen's was neither here nor there
and the question related only to owners. Nothing to do with other employees.

Do you still maintain "95% not American"?

My question was prompted simply by a thought that to open a business or to register as a
business owner one would probably have to be an American citizen
. Maybe that's not the case?

I'm still thinking that most of the business 'owners' are probably
American citizens when they register as owners of the businesses.

You see shere my question came from now?

The suggestion re more more enterprising or save more than many 'other' citizen's still applies, though
the first bit was tongue-in-cheek as Americans in general have always been considered as enterprising.
